1/2/02:
Happy New Year! May God bless you and yours
richly in the new year. Click here
to view an Internet scavenger hunt that uses the Weather Channel Home Page. This
lesson also includes tips for creating your own Internet scavenger hunt. If you
have a scavenger hunt to share with other teachers, email Dave
Black to get it posted on Lutheraneducator.org.
10/16/01: We have added a P.E. page with links to P.E. lesson plan sites. Do you have a creative P.E. lesson we can add to our site? Email Dave Black.
6/26/01: Check out the new websites in Math and Social Studies. Click here to share a website or a lesson plan with us. Help out other teachers in Lutheran schools!
5/7/01: Each day we are creating more links to websites that have been suggested by other teachers in Lutheran schools. Check them out and let us know what you think. Help us categorize them in the most useful manner for you!
1/26/01: Take a look at the new upper grade lesson plan that has just been posted. It is based on the classic novel Animal Farm by George Orwell. Click here to visit this lesson.
1/24/01: I am now more settled into my new position at Shepherd of the Hills Christian School in Centennial, Colorado. Therefore, I am finally ready to be more intentional about updating this site with valuable resources for Lutheran educators. My intentions during the first part of the school year were good but I wasn't prepared for the daily updating that is needed to make a site like this vibrant and alive. Over the next several weeks you will see many new additions to the site, particularly in the WWW links for subject areas. I also intend to be far more intentional about contacting colleagues and requesting lesson plans and other submissions to the site for the good of all. Do you have something to share with other Lutheran educators? I'd love to hear from you! Contact me at dawblack@yahoo.com. God's blessings to all!
